anybody else notice with Sponge Power

sponge power is reported to postively affect almost everything... even ailing corals

i've played w/ it along with some other zeo additives, but cant conclusively say that 1 thing has a particular effect over another since i was experimenting w/ several additives at once

I been using it for about 4 months. After about 3 weeks I noticed a nice change but then the effects seemed to taper off and I don't notice any benefit anymore. Not sure what is going on with it?

yeah, just an observation on my behalf, it's the only additive I am adding and I know that I read some people have experienced increase in Aptasia growth, well I noticed that my zoas, that I pay no attention to are going nuts and it started shortly after starting Sponge Power...maybe zoa heads would like this stuff?

Greg, the thought is that once you reach "saturation", they the effect is continued once you cut dosing a bit....

zoas like it, so do pest anemones

i have some crazy sponges in my tank now, including this blue one that is growing like crazy.

ive been using it that long and am still seeing increased sponge growth and general coral health.

I see coral growth and sponge and critter growth in my refugium. But I am also using coral vitalizer.

Maxius,
It's one of Zeovit fairly new products on the market today.Claims to help SPS and LPS corals?Growth and color that's what I've scene from a few results that been posted.

Zeo, as I have been finding out for the past 2 years is .. " Magic in a bottle " and frankly! thats ALL I CARE TO KNOW ABOUT IT!

Im about to start the whole method after researching it for 2 years!

Good luck to you on your Zeo system.I've been there it's very radical approach. No easy to master. And very $$$$ when running a large system like me 240.
But it has been mentioned the SP can be used on a non Zeovit system.

So, what's with the name? Is it supposed to accelerate sponge growth? I have tons of sponges in my tank, some blue some yellow, etc and I keep trimming them. They look ugly when fully grown.

yup, it was designed to assist the growth and vitality of Sponges, tunicates and those other hard to grow critters!

It also helps with retaining SPS colors as they grow.

It's a well kept secret. That's why some folks won't do Zeo,because they want to know what's being dose to my tank. It's not even labeled on any of their products.
