Anybody ever use one of these before?

I definitely don't want it going in my drain and clogging anything up. The sink I have access to is a utility sink in a 1st floor laundry room. I may be able to scrape it off in the sink and put it in a plastic bag and pitch outside in the garbage and then just rinse the little stuff off in the sink. It's all going to depend on how much room I have left under my stand when I build it.

I'm 95% sure that algae isn't going to back up your utility sink. If you use really really hot water the stuff practicly melts anyhow. Spidey says he has a plundger nearby, I think if your going to have any trouble at all it'll be in the 1-1/2" section of pipe once your in the main stack or other 2", 3", or 4" pipe there's no way it could clogg up. IMO

I hear you and most likely wouldn't cause any issues but with my luck it would mutate, start to grow in my pipes and start climbing back out.....:eek2:

I just paid Dr Drain $200 to come blast my lines out 2 years ago so I'm a little overly cautious with what I put down there.
