The RAS Swap & Sale is an event that all factions of the hobby can come together to make great connections in the industry - sell their wares, listen to speakers, or just take advantage of all the awesome deals! Anyone at all is invited to register for a table at this open event, (although tables are filling up fast!) see the form attached for details on how to register. (Any type of product is welcome, from fresh or salt to brackish and pond, livestock to drygoods) If you have nothing to sell and are just interested in attending, there is great news - it is ABSOLUTELY FREE to attend! You do not have to be a member of our club, or any club, from the beginner with their first goldfish bowl to the experienced aquarist, this event is for you! Since we know times are hard lately, and we are all trying to stay recession free, we are offering some absolutely amazing rates on our tables, check it out!
Table Fee for Vendors
Pre-Registration - $15 (Set-up begins at 10:00am)
At The Door - $20 *If any remain after pre-registration, first come, first serve!*
Entry Fee To Join Us - FREE!!! Keep your hard earned cash to spend with our vendors on items you need for a great price!
As soon as all of our speakers have chosen topics and we have worked out the times, we will update this thread, so be sure to update those calendars and check back! =) Besides scoring lots of awesome deals, selling your wares or promoting your organization, and communing with you fellow aquarists, you might learn something new as well!
What could be a better way to spend a relaxing Sunday? =)
