Anybody know what size of a tank I might need to keep a remora?

Ramoras are in no way "shark lookalikes". Are you sure you have the correct name? Ramoras hitchhike on sharks by using a specially adapted first dorsal fin that acts like a suction pad to latch on to a passing shark and then feed on scraps from the shark's meals.

Yes, a 700-800 gallon tank would probably just manage to hold ONE ramora. They grow up to about 2.5', though, so it certainly wouldn't be a very happy fish - like shutting it up in a broom closet.
