Anybody near Keuka?

Anybody near Keuka? Can use some guidance...

***Should probably put some context in here.

I've had a 29G Bio running about a year now. I can't seem to get a footing on anything with it. My fish just hide. Red algae keeps coming back. I bought a skimmer that I can't seem to make fit or work properly. My corals aren't growing at all. And now spaghetti worms are popping up everywhere. My cleaning crew tapped out too. I need help before I flip the damn tank over.

Yes, I know, I'm complaining a lot. It's just driving me nuts and can't seem to grasp anything to make it operate/progress properly. Any insight would be awesome. If you're nearby and could actually check it out, that'd be even better. I'll pay for gas and beer and food and whatever else.

Do you test the water regularly? How often do you preform water changes? Do you use RO water to mix the salt in for water changes? We need some more information to be able to help out.

Blue, I have two clowns, watchman goby, orchid dottyback and coral beauty.

Srixon, I haven't tested the water lately. I'm going to do it tonight. I change 5G every two weeks. I buy Salterwater from LFS.
