The email below is self explanatory. I haven't heard back from PA yet, but I figured I'd make a post in case someone got a box of flat pieces when they were expecting an assortment of large pieces.
I just received my order of Kaelini rock and I think I may have been shipped someone elses order by mistake. I called and requested flat pieces approx 10" x 4", I was told that you just got in alot of flat pieces so that would be no problem. The person I talked to went and looked and pulled a piece out and said it was 18" x 10" and I told him that was too big and asked if I could get 10" x 4", he said that would be no problem as you have plenty of flat pieces to choose from. The box that I got would be considered a good assortment of large pieces: 3 - rounded, 2 - flat, 1 - branch. Interestingly one of the flat pieces is the 18" x 10" piece that was described to me on the phone. The other flat piece while bigger than requested is good. Is it possible that you also had an order for an assortment of large pieces that shipped out yesterday that could have been mixed up with my order?
