Is this an active wrasse? I read a couple threads where some peoples Red Coris Wrasses were hiding most of the time. I would be buying a large adult if I decide to get the fish.
Anyone ever keep a Red Coris Wrasse?

I kept one YEARS ago. During my first go around. 20+ years ago. Way back before the WWW existed. 
It was the most active fish I've kept.
That particular one swam back and forth every day before retiring in the sand at night. At that time, we were using crushed coral and this particular one did fine. It survived brook, ich and general tank plagues for years before we shut the tank down and gave him to a LFS.
I'll never forget that fish. Not becuase it was particularly pretty, but becuase it survived everything.

We raised one from the juvenile stage through full size, and it was always out and about....not shy at all.
