Anyone ever see Seale's Cardinalfish for sale?

Anyone ever see these for sale? There is a pic of one on page 148 of the Scott Michael Pocket book Marine Fishes.

As long as were on the subject has anyone seen any unsual, rare, or brightly colored cardinalfish for sale anywhere?

these guys are pretty common i like the red stop llight cardnal

From what I have seen, this species is not offered very often.

Why is that, is it from too deep of water? It sure is cool looking!
