Anyone ever seen a white cap?

This coral was green but has changed to white with green polyps. ALL the green you see is the polyps.

Whats the water readings?
Whats used for flow?

All tests normal. there is a Iwaki 100 for the return 150 gal sump is in basement 250 display. 2 korillia 4's and 2 rio ??? big ones on a wave maker. Its a buddy's tank. he just changed his bulbs maybe thats what did it?

You need to take them off the wave makers.If you want them get 2 more.You need the flow for the main tank and wavemakers do nothing.
They like strong flow and good feeding. Look here in the monti. tab.

They have strong flow. they have been thriving for 6 years and been fragged many many times. They are in the flow they have always been in. med-hi flow. He isnt having a problem growing it. just wondering why it turned white so suddenly. It is growing like crazy!! More since turning white.
