Wow Bill That does look Good Does it just come in white or different colors? I am wanting to try something like this guy said he made it for under $300

The Beadboard only comes In white or plain wood, But you can paint It or stain It any color you like. I've built a few stands and the cost buying from the Home centers are always High because they rape tou on the trim pieces. The best way Is If you can get a hold of a Pocket joiner and make your own trim with a Router then you can get It done for cheap. JMO

I have had good experience with glasscages. The gentlemen owner has been very gruff with me, but his wife (I think she is) was very good. I think they are great on builds, rough on the edges with customer service. Since they are the only local builders I trust, I'll go to them when I am ready to go bigger again. I think there are several decent builders of stands around though? Chris at the Critter had a contact for one and there was another at last years swap.

Bill, the issues you mentioned with tanks were glasscages tanks?

Yup, All Glasscages and I'm sure there's lots of good ones too! But from what I've seen and read It's 50/50 that you'll get a great tank!

Sucks that we have no local provider with a good track record. I really do not want to get one that needs to be shipped. Luckily I guess I will not face this problem for a year or two.

Miricles In Glass Is where I see a lot of people buying from, But I think they are high dollar. There are Good ones around that the LFS stock but you gotta pay for Quality. JMHO

I still plan on buying yours, but did not want to start pushing you out of it yet. In a year or so I will start hinting strongly that you need a new tank.

Bill I think the 50 50 is a little off if they had that bad of a tank they would not have as many shipments out. I would have to agree that the comunications is not the best but I have seen a lot of there tanks and not have had any problems with them. Like any they will have some bad ones. I think most of the problems they were having was the looks of the seams.

I was using the 50/50 comment as a figure of speech, I have no hard data on their tank success rate and can only go from my personal experience with what I've seen and read about their tanks. Actually I could care less as I don't really like their tanks anyway. JMO I'm sure there are lots of happy customers though!:beer:
