I've got an old Digital Oceans Light-Wave Controller I would like to revive for my upcoming build(s). It has channels to control 4 lights, 4 powerheads and a moonlight. Some of the outlets still work, but others do not.

I don't think that will be the case. When the outlets first stopped working, I put new fuses in and that didn't work.
