Anyone got a good ID of harlequin shrimp?

We been trying to ID a male and female but was not able to do so with info on the web, if someone got a good picture of how to ID a male from female please post.

It says the plates (more properly known as the pleopods or swimmets) on the sides of the female's abdomen are white while those of the male are clear or yellowish.
