Anyone has this book.

Yep I've got it and it does indeed have a lot of pics. There's at least one pic on every page. It only includes the more common species of fish though. All of the more uncommon/rare fish aren't in there.

Excellent book :D It was designed to be a reference book of what is commingly available. It doesn't have alot of rare stuff, but it does have a few.

i have this one too, it's great. I'd recommend the invert equivalent they have too. has some basics in there =/ Not as helpful, but good to have.

I also have: The Inspired Aquarium which is more of a coffee table book, fun to look through though.

This is a great book-- it's my favorite one for quick reference. I do wish that it included a more comprehensive list of fishes -- he needs to put out a second volume or a 1000 species version.

yeah, pocketexpert marine fishes is a nice book to have in the car as a fast reference if you see something at the lfs, i think he came out with a more recent pocket edition called 'reef fishes,' that i thumbed through, though it had some different fishes i liked the layout and info in the 'marine fishes' book better. nice for quick overview of basic species..
