Anyone have a 96w Quad ballast?

I was planning on using my 96w quad retro setup to light the tank I will be bringing to the swap, but when I tried to power it up it sounds like the ballast is fried, just buzzes and doesn't fire up the bulb. Was wondering if anyone had a 96w quad setup with ballast and maybe the retrofit reflector, or if you have a 18"-20" fixture setup, thats fine too.
