I want to know if anyone has a tank that is only(or even mostly) euphyllia. If so I would like to see some pictures. I'm looking to do this in my new reef and would like some examples or possibly feedback. Thanks.
I know there are pics of one on here I just can't remeber the user name or the threads posted in. It had a bunch of model helicopters sitting on top of it and had been set up for 10 years or more if I remember correctly. I'll see if I can find it.
Hang on. It's a small tank, a 55. One specimen takes up about a third to half of it.
That rabbit is the key to a real growth spurt: I drip kalk, and Mr Rabbit is such a messy eater with larger krill, which was originally intended (bought for) the pond fish, that a lot of my tank has really taken off. It's in lousy shape--- but I drip kalk, and maintain the monster.
That hammer is now at least a third again as big, really crowding everything. I've stopped counting heads. It started with 3, and is 6 years old, with a house-move and tank disaster in the middle. That little frogspawn low and center is now the size of a softball, and the torch is starting to take off. A brain skeleton I was using as structural has suddenly burst forth with a marble-sized risen-from-the-dead brain, and I'm out of room.
i have 3 nice size pieces, the two frogs in the middle combine for 23 heads. The torch on the far right is now up to 7, started with 1 head around 8 months ago. 40gallon long tank
Haha I was tagging along hoping to see what a Euphillia only tank would look like. Also that guy is really into DSB. Seems like someone the other day was posting that DSB was falling out of favor maybe. Anyone know what's up with that?
