Anyone have a Mag 7....

Came home from work today to find the water in my tank about 2 inches too low....took a look down below and my return wasn't working. It appears something got into the inlet and broke a peice of the plastic, which got rattled around in the shaft/chamber. I cleaned it out and got it working again but it's making a bunch of noise and don't think it's particularly safe in the long term...

So I was hoping someone has a Mag7 lying around and wouldnt mind getting rid of it for a decent price. That way I dont have to wait/pay for shipping, etc. If anyone has one, please let me know. I drive from N. Miami to Boca on a daily basis, so I cover a lot of ground and can stop by someone's house tomorrow afternoon/evening...

You can order replacement impellers for Mags. IME that'll fix your problem and you'll be trouble-free for a couple more years. It's a lot cheaper than a new pump.

i have one, its probably about a year old. i dont really know what they go for used, so if you do just make me a reasonable offer around there and its sold.

i think you bought my hippo tang a while back, the tiny little guy? still have him?

Yeah, the hippo is doing great. He's grown like crazy. at least once a week my wife stares at the tank and exclaims how big that fish has gotten.
