So, my genx 6000 is on its last leg and I am needing a new or gently used pump for it. Does anyone have any large skimmer pumps or large pumps in general I could mod up and make a Euro 250 crank up with?

Thanks but I already have one skimmer body with no pump, a second won't solve my problem!!!
The magnetic portion of the impeller actually blew apart last night sometime, wedging into pump. Hoping I didn't burn mag drive unit not sure how long it was on and wedged not spinning. Didn't find out about it till 7 am this morning!!

Yes. I did a fishing line mod and it didn't do squat. Would have done better with a straw for bubbles. mesh modded it Friday and its skimming better than it ever has. Pulling thick dark skimmate. Going to open up air supply in volute a little bit. I think it would suck a golf ball thru air line its pulling so good. I need to build a silencer all you can hear is air whistle right now.

i modded my octo 200 with mesh and a bigger airline and it sounded like a jet engine, instead of building a silencer, i drilled a hole in the collection cup lid and just barely stick it inside. I can't even hear it now
