anyone have experience wiring a ranco temp controller?

anyone here have experience wiring up a ranco single stage controller, i want to make sure before i do anything electrical. i will get a pic up of the wiring diagram. any help will be appreciated.

The one I have you plug it into the wall and plug the chiller or heater in to the female cord. You can't go wrong there.
The lettering is not clear on my screen. But I would no think you would need the jumper wire you show connecting the two terminal strips. That should be done internaly by the controller.
