Anyone have issues with new magnet/base?

I have been running mine for a week and it stalled/errored out. I removed the wetside and noticed that the prop/shaft was difficult to spin. I took everything apart, washed it out, spun things freely and it seemed like I was in the clear. After putting it back and restarting it, it seemed to "partially" seize up after a minute or two.

I got mine tonight I put it on they were way slower then my old set since I had no instructions etc I just put the old magnet back on till I get it figured out other then that very happy with the upgrade mine seems to do the exact same thing yours does including the stall.
