Anyone have old 60" t5's bulbs to try or have

Well i sort of won a light at lira friday and they said it needs t5 bulbs but they all light but one is brigter then the other 3? Never owned t5's ever so not sure if you could lose brightness over time. They all are same 80-watts but 1 of 4 bulbs is real bright. Makes me also think its the ballast but that 1 bulb is bright on all spots so maybe thats not it
they are atinic 80w bulbs so even 1 can help before blowing $100 on new
