They don't. marine depot used to carry a package, but its discontinued. I ordered some from a chemical supply company on the web. Hopefully it actually gets here. And hopefully Im not on any watch list.

That won't do it

Out of all the easiest ways possible to calibrate your orp probe, neptune chose the hardest and most obscure.

Quinhydrone mixed with pH solution.
