Anyone have reflector design?

I am planning on building a canopy for my new tank for when I move.

I would like to put in a Luminarc type reflector, but can't afford to shell out $100+ for one.

I remember reading that someone here had made their own.

Does anyone have the pattern that I can use?

Better yet, if I supply the material, does anyone want to make a few $$ to build it for me??
