Anyone have stingray?

Anyone local have a stingray ? I got one on tuesday and have throwm everything i could at him he just doesn't eat that i can see. I went to wegmans and got some squid and he took it out of my hand and eat that but then that was it. I have put silversides,krill in sand dont know if he eat it or not. Hes bones are starting to show a little and i know thats not good. Any suggestions ? Im hoping that since he took 1 peice of squid he will eat more so im going to fill the sand bed with food tonight.

If you can see the ribs it may be too late. I have two stingrays that are little pigs. They will eat anything I throw in there. They will even catch live feeder fish/shrimp. What kind of ray is it. where are you located? Polluting the tank with a large amount of squid sounds like a bad idea IMO

i also think flooding the tank with food is a bad idea as well. you say you just got him Tuesday. From where...go back to the origins and ask what they were feeding him...what their success was...or if it wasn't.....

I did they told me squid. I just feed him again and he eat again so might have to feed just squid till he adjusts .

Yea hopfully . He seems fine though he will come right up to me and let me pet him. He has took the squid 2 times from my hand . Going to cf tommorow to load up on food . Wife will hate me i allready have like 12 things in freezer that i got from G.
