Are you talking about Bill Wann's tank? the monster tank that was supposed to be built in his basement, next to his basement pool? Whether or not it ever happened, we will probably never know, as he was an immature little baby in reefs.org (i believe was the other site) and as a result, he left, and was banned from there and here on RC. The only person who really knew him and the status of his tank that I know of was Spazz, the skimmer builder, who was friends with Bill, and I believe lived relatively near him in Montana or some other northwestern state.

lol that's a lot of info about someone's situation, dunno if that was who you were wondering about or not

That is a beautiful tank as well though. I remember following the thread a loooong time ago, and everyone was like "ooooh Red Dragon skimmer! oooo" and now Bubblekings are not all that uncommon, since there has been so much importation of the different skimmers and their subsequent knockoffs
