Anyone having trouble with Aquatic Auction

I thought these guys were stand up guys...But how soon things can change I guess

In the past couple months I have bid on and won several corals from Aquatic Auctions,except for one time with a delivery mess up because of a huge storm every I won was delivered prompt and with great costumer service..

last week wed.Thurs and Friday I won 5 different auctions,I figured by Monday as per usual I would get my shipping info from them..Monday nothing,I call and get his voice mail,instant like his phone isn't even on(business phone)I fire off a email asking about my order with no responce..So every day this week I repeated the phone calls and emails with nothing,my wife has called several times also his business phone was not even on all week..

I'm at my wits end here with 300.00 bucks tied up with this guy,what sucks with his operation,its a auction that has a CC on file and is charged at the end of the auction,even though the order has not shipped yet..So Monday I have to call The CC company and start the hassle of disputing all 5 charges..What a :bum: I would not trust this auction site,I will not from now on.. :uzi:

I am thinking I'm not alone..his auctions have been ending with very low prices,I dont think people are bidding anymore

Eeeek, that's not good but I read this under each auction, "Due to our recent move, shipping we will resume on Monday March 15th 2010." Maybe he has a new number and hasn't posted yet and the other is disconnected. But that is all I can think of. That, of course, is no reason not to return calls and emails but hopefully that will help clear things up a bit. Good luck with it and let us know how it goes.

Sad to hear this happening. I hope it all works out. I've bought stuff from them in the past as well with nothing but great results. Crazy how a company can just change like that though.

I didn't have any problems at all. Ordered couple weeks ago. I know they are in process of moving. I would give it a few days before panic breaks out.
