Anyone here dosing vitamin c???

Might be a slight overdose issue!! With sand and rock you may be lucky if there is 20g of water.

I have been using the brightwell aquatics vita c but have not tried the over the counter type yet.

I doubt you OD'd on the stuff.. I've been using 500mg 2x a day in my 20.. granted it has a about 6 gallons of fuge water but still.. I upped it to 1000mg for a little while and everything was fine. I set it back due to not needing much more.

Who knows what else is in the tablet form. This is why it is suggested to use the pure, buffered crystals.
