need to get the basement finished out and plumbing needs to be done first. There was someone here that referred me to someone a few months ago but that fell thru (can't recall who i was). Anyways, just looking to get a few bids so I can get this going...drywall after that I guess if anyone has any connections there. Of course there's A LOT of immigrants in the neighborhood right now building, too. If I knew a lick of spanish I'd head that way.
