Anyone ID the Zoa in my photo?

I wouldn't worry about buying more of them. It won't take long and they will start spreading very rapidly. Be careful though, as they can be pretty invasive and crowd out other corals down the road if you are not careful managing them.

Out of all of them in my tank, these are not growing at all.
They are limited to a piece of rock...

They will... and if that rock is touching another rock they will spread to it as well... They are pretty but kind of like Xenia in taking over IME

I have made the mistake in the past of putting some of them in my tanks and the do spread fast and seem to sting and kill most corals they come in contact with.

Start feeding them Mysis, they will start multiplying like crazy, mine did.
