Anyone in the North Texas Area captive breeding seahorses?

I've looked into this before, and this time actually have the tank established to do it. Is there anyone in the area who raises and sells seahorses?

The down side - not a breeder.
If there are baby seahorses it's a first come situation - they are very small.
If you end up ordering some on-line let me know.
I am looking for red brazilian.
