Anyone interested in doing a group buy?

Ultimatefrags.com has some amazing things in stock, but their shipping cost is ridiculous, around $70 for overnight shipping to the east coast. I emailed the guy and he said if I wanted to do a group buy of $300 or more, he would take care of the shipping.

I could probably contribute $100 of that. Anyone else interested? If so, check out the site and let me know what you want and how many, and I will place the order.

Also seems like he is trying to overcharge you on the shipping as well..I have shipped stuff to cali before and never anywhere near 70bucks for a small box

Yeah, I guess the sizes are also subjective. But I don't see how you'd have trouble getting to $300 with prices like that. It's like 9 frags

Well, I am having trouble because no one seems to be interested haha. If you consider that you would normally pay another $35 for shipping, I think it would be a decent deal if we were able to do this. Up to you guys though.

the hawaiian ding dangs are pretty sweet looking... i like how on that site you can zoom into the pics and they are fairly hi res and not all that doctored up... i wonder if they look like that, better, or worse

If you check out the for sale forums on here, you can get some great prices sometimes. I got 8 frags from phljess for something like $115 shipped, all SPS, all made it, great frags. If you're patient, you can get what you want at hobbiest prices rather than retail...

I have bought from other members several times, and yes, they have some great prices.

There seems to be some interest in the group buy, but we will probably wait at least a few weeks. I will keep this thread alive and anyone that is interested, let me know.
