Anyone keeping a harlequin tusk with clams?

There's no need to feed pellets if you feed the frozen meaty food daily. I'd avoid freeze dried and frozen krill because it causes nutrition issues and lock jaw in some fish, and it may end up hurting even a tusk over time, don't know and don't want to find out. You can easily replace it with prawns.

WOW did not know this

What size is your tank?

And where are the PICS?!?!?! :)

It's a 180 but the rockwork is in pillars allowing the fish to swim in circles around the tank instead of back and forth. Pics shortly!!!

I think I may have to feed him with a feeding stick so the tangs dont get overfed... they look like they are read to burst lol.

They get 1/2 sheet of nori in the morning and frozen at night, but they still go for the meaty food when I feed the tusk.

That is why the chunks come in handy. The tangs will pick at them, but can't get them in their mouths. The tusk will just cruise by and snag the big pieces.
