Anyone know how to raise the stand on a tank?

Hi, I have a 60 gallon 4 foot tank and I would like to raise the tank height by maybe 8-10".

Does anyone have any links or pics of what they did to the stand to achieve this?

I've read people just put 2x4's together and build a base but I wouldn't mind seeing pics of that to see how it looks.

you can build a wood pedestal for it to sit on. of course this will only raise the tank, it won't add to the height inside the stand.
