I just bought a newer version of PS Elements but really know nothing about using it. Any good online tutorials? Forums?

There are tons. I did a google search of "photoshop elements tutorials" and got lots of good options. Try search photoshop elements forums and you'll get lots of hits too. Then look for the more active groups and you'll be off and running.
