Anyone know what might be causing this?

Neon Green toadstool. It opens fully during the day but drooping at night and appears to be tearing apart from the center.

That's bad. I'd frag off a peace of the good flesh and check water quality and flow on the leather. I've lost 2 leathers like this.

Not what I wanted to hear. :-( It does get a lot of flow where it's at but has never been an issue. Maybe since it has doubled in size the last 6 months the larger size is stressing it in the flow. Thanks I will cut it up today.

Hard to tell but it could also be that it is splitting. It's normal for this species. See pic.

Check and make sure there is no critter in there. I had a hermit crab once in my old tank try to "dig" its way out of my toadstool and dug a hole right through the center. I noticed because I took a closer look and he was deep in there covered by dead pieces of toadstool.
