Anyone know what this acan is worth?

Worth what you want to pay. Now that my smartass answer is out of the way I'd pay probably $125-175 for that from my LFS.

Ok cool, is it normal to have acans like this where it looks as though they are 2 different ones because some of the heads look like the top one and the others like the large bottom right one.

Yep between $5-$10 per head, where I live anyway.

All of the heads will eventually look like the ones closest to the top. Usually baby or developing heads will display different colors until they are full grown, or until they are exposed to the same amount of light

It looks pretty close to a pretty good rainbow acan, hard to see all the colors on it due to the feeding tentacles but the heads on the side look full and large enough that they would keep that color but yea they might change with different light.
