Anyone know what this crazy coral with an eye is?

Hello:

Picked this up from Exotic Aquarium, have had it for about 1 week... been wondering what it is...

Was very brown and its starting to color up...

As you can see it has a big black EYE in the middle (front to back), it has 3 of these eyes total, 1 every 1.5 inches... When you put your hand over it, they close just like a clam.

well the coral is an efflo. the little clam thing is probably some sort of mollusk that have grown on the bleached part of the efflo.
 
Yup, definitely looks like an acropora Efflorescens. It is one of my favorite corals, and is my favorite acro... that we can legally have in our tanks, because I love acropora Palmata the most. Just stay on top of your water changes, calcium, alkalinity, other elements, etc. because efflo's are a pretty sensitive to water quality, water flow, lighting, all the elements, etc.
