It's a mini/micro brittle star. If you bought live rock they probably came with it. Sometimes they're on frags. They're harmless.

Thanks guys! I like the colour on it tbf. Must have come in on a coral - I used dry rock this time around!

Wow you got really lucky although one time I got four pretty nice sized brittle stars on my live rock
