I just moved my fish into a smaller tank just until I get my new one I bought a coral beauty from Kermits that I just had to have it just had some awesome coloring on it anyways It seems that it's lips have swollen up and look whitish

It looks to be fungal infection known as Saprolegnia.An infected fish usually will show White Cottony Tufts around the mouth and gills.My only other guess is Ich, or some other Fungal Infection.
