Anyone know what this is?

Today I got some live rock for my new reef setup. I'm using it to cycle the tank. About an hour after the rock went into the tank these little hairs popped up on the rock. Any idea what they are?

Hard to tell from pics...tube worms or maybe feather duster?.

Ill try to take another picture. It seems to be growing all over one rock. I don't think its a critter though. I just started my cycle so thinking may be some kind of bacteria boom but just not sure.

they actually kinda look like that bottom picture but white? do they become a problem?

If they are in fact Bryozoans I've never had any problems with them, but they usually disappear on their own once the tank has been set up for awhile. The link below might answer some of your questions.
