Salt on sale? I only use instant ocean, and locally the 160 gal bucket is $50 everywhere I go, and online you can find it for 30, but then it's 20 for shipping. Getting crazy, think I'm slowly going out of this hobby.

Petco or petsmart. Print out the add online for 30$ and take it in. They'll honor the website price at the store. Should come out to abotu 33$ for a large bucket.

Hello,
Sorry I do not have any salt for sale, but I noticed you

Mel

yea a 200 gallon mix at the coral reefer is 30bux pbmas.org and look under local stores. they ar eoff of okeechobee and church street i think. phil is a great guy. 9im going in for a box myself tomorrow

I have a full bucket (Only about 1.5" of salt missing from the top.) that I would let go for some nice colorful frags. (Zoo's or shrooms hopefully) I get my water locally and tried making my own twice and got fed up with it.

I am in Boca by Town Center.

Be wary of IO. Even some head honcho in their company said it is meant for FO systems, not reefs. You have to buffer for days with that salt. Just switched to Reef Crystals(RC) and things are starting to come together with little or no buffering and cyanno is starting to whilt away.

Never had a problem with IO and I've been using it since I started. A lot of people use it and no issues. I mix my water a day before I do a water chnage btw.

I won't use anything but IO... worked for me for 4 years, and never a problem. I don't even test anymore, I let my corals tell me when it's time for a water change. I even stopped kalk, and my corals grow just as well as ever.

The bucket for a few frags would be great, but you'd have to come here to see the frags. I have a ton of xenia, and lots of different zoos I might be able to give a few polyps of. I'll be breaking the tank down in a few weeks (to move it 5 feet) and I'm sure there'll be lots of OOPS frags.
