Anyone make modern style stands and canopies?

Does anyone know of someone local that makes stands and canopies? I don't particularly lke anything that I've seen in the LFS. I need a 72 x 24 x 24. I'd like it to have some sort of contemporary/modern flare to it. I'm not exactly sure what that would equate to with a stand, I just know that I'm not a big fan of the brown oak color and cathedral style doors. I've seen some people doing steel stands but I have no clue where to get something like that. I guess I would prefer a black setup with maybe some cool nickel colored handles. Anyone seen anything around or know of a place I can look. Any input would be appreciated.

I just ordered a custom made stand and canopy from a company called Acrylic Creations, INC. in Chandler. You can find their stuff on ebay, here is what I just ordered.

Thats actually where I am getting the tank. Just wanted a more modern looking stand.

If you want truly contemporary, you will probably have to go custom. especially if you are planning a tank with a sump underneath, the pre-made ones are usually not set up to accommodate easy access.

I have a custom steel stand that I am going to skin with wood panels that can be easily removed. Going completely custom allows me to choose the materials/colors/openings completely.

Otherwise, here are some fairly simple commerically available black "modern" stands. You could easily jazz one up with some interesting nickel cabinet hardware to match a cool lighting setup.

Any LFS that carries All-Glass could probably get these.

Otherwise, you are welcome to come look at my 180 stand. My husband built it and could probably be talked in to making another one.
