That's awful nice of you. One thing that I've found is that (when your tank parameters are good) a little coralline goes a looooong way. You might want to scrape a little into a bunch of ziplock baggies filled with saltwater. Take a look at how much www.ipsf.com charges for coralline.
On the other hand, if your parameters are not balanced, no amount of starter spores is enough.

Well, one bottle is an IBC Root Beer Bottle and the other is an Abita Amber Bottle (Small Brewery near New Orleans). It seems that they both did about as well. I guess it just had to have the word beer associated with it! I'd have chose the Abita Bottle myself!
