I have no problem with labor but when you see the size of the lights and how high you need to place them you will probably understand the need of a hand.

I got 3 of Joe's 400w 20K with the luminarc reflectors, the only drawback is that I am going to miss my blue moments when the actinics were on by itself but I am going to get a better distribution of light and the color I wanted.
