I ordered an SWC-160 impeller and a skimmer venture due to restart and overflow issues from saltwaterconnection.com on 08/19. But after 10 days, I still see the order status showing "Processing".
I emailed them thru clicking on "Contact Us" and also direct email to sales@saltwaterconnection.com, but did not get any response. (has been 4-5 days). As they don't have any phone number shows on the website, I have no other way to communicate with them.
Just wondering if anyone ordered anything from them before and would like to share the experience ? (well, honestly I don't expect too many people ordered from them as my order number is "8", yes, single digit... )
BTW, on the order confirmation email, it says:
Shipping Method Canada Post (Tracked Packet - USA, 2014-08-29)
For those who had ordered from Canadian online store, does it mean "they will ship" or "I will receive" on 2014-08-29?
As an alternative, is there any other places that I can order these SWC-160 replacement parts?
Steve
PS. I've tried to add plastic washers on the impeller shaft, but it did not work. Blow air will get it to start but I can't count on that as I just had a power outage a month ago and even worse is, it's normal operating power consumption is ~24W, but if it can not restart, it will drain 54W and heat up my tank really quickly if left unattended.
