Anyone selling liverock?

I will be, hopefully sooner rather than later. Just haven't had time to work on the tear down/rebuild...

How soon do you need it?

hey jackson,

I don't need it RIGHT now, I definitely would like some soon. I need about 10 pounds. I rather support reefcentral members then creature comforts or livingstons.

OK. I'm hoping to get the new tank drilled and all the plumbing dry fit this week, then hopefully get the sump done and plumbing glued up this weekend. Once that gets done I can start taking down the old tank and LR will be available.

I'm not sure how much clean rock I have... most of it has some sort of coral growing on it, either zoas or SPS... a couple have some nice sponges too, but it should all be pest free. You can pick what you want as soon as I'm ready to pull it out.

Yes I will, once I've actually made progress.

So far the only thing I've done since my last post in the build thread was to bring the new tank up to the garage, lol. Summers are too busy for tank projects.

Sounds great! I'm interested in the lr with the zoa's and sponges. I'll pay what you think is fair! If it takes a few weeks, I'm in for waiting. And Dave, no worries!

Build is coming along... I had to order a few plumbing parts that I couldn't get locally... so that's the hold-up for now.

i know its already been resolved but heres a thought. if you can find really nice dead rock...you can add that in and then only add a few small pieces of some rare more unique live rock. that way its cheaper on your wallet, you save some reef and within a year you noone but you will know which rock was dead and which was initially live. i did that the first time and when i got out of the hobby i ended up doubling money on the live rock in price and doubling on quantity...i actually ended up selling for more than what i originally ended up paying for the entire system.

trick is finding nice dead rock.
