Gonna Need A Bigger Tank
Anyone tried any of the new Koralia pumps (Koralia )
Looking for some flow ideas that don't involve a tremendous expense or re-plumbing.
Thanks,

Check the equipment and lighting forum, there where a bunch of threads about them. IIRC the overall opinion was good and people liked them but there was a recall in the beggining of certain models so look into that. I know when I need a pump I will be trying one of them for sure.

just ordered two of the Pump #1s online - they must be popular because they're back-ordered almost everywhere...I'll post my opinion of them when I get them and set them up...

i have 2 number 1's and work great. better buy than the nano streams for the money. the dont work well on wave makers unless you can slow there on/off time. the magnet runs on a fixed shaft and if they dont have time to settle done they will flick on/off on/off etc. i have a variable wave maker and it works well. all in all the are great. buddy of mine has 2 number 4 in a 120 behind the rock work and they take place of his 4 maxi 1200 and he is also running them on a reasea pro wavemaker and he to can hear them click put they are so far back in the tank its not to bad. hey hydor you can always send me some free ones for promoting your product. by the way pm craig aka old club prez and he has info on the wavemaker that hydro is making for the korlia's. and see if sitc has any. i got mine a month ago from there and they were the same price as marinedepot

thanks, skinnyjoe...If SITC has any, I'll get them there and cancel my online order. I'd rather do business locally anyway.
