Anyone tried this LED light on a Pico?

33 X .6 is up to almost 20W (19.8). Would this not be sufficient for a 3 gallon pico to grow most corals, including most any SPS? I ask because I am no expert on lighting by any stretch of the imagination, but 20W for a 3 gallon pico does seem like plenty? Is there some underlying rating to notewhe n assessing the strength of LEDs and growing corals other than the blue and white spectrum?

There spec sheet says it's .06 and not .6 watts each so thats less than 2 watts total.
33x HQ .06W LED (30x 6500K daylight, 3x 460nm Actinic)
200 Lumen
Super slim housing in black finish.
2 mode ON / OFF power switch
Extend-able bracket . 16" max lenght.
AC110-240V AC adapter.

I have since started looking at this light (see link below) as the initial was way to limiting for corals after ggrillo pointed out it was .06 w per bulb.

I think the light fixture with the one strip is 8w from what I can tell, and you can add up to 2 more for a total of 24 watts. This is what I understand from the description at least. See second page of the below pdf for light description.

I may have finally found my pico light source for around $100 smackers. I am guessing you would need to add a power source for each additional strip though?
