If you are using these bulbs, can you shoot me a pic with just the halides running on your tank life unsupplimeted by t5s or other bulbs. I'm trying to decide if these are for me

I don't have any pics. I tried them and personally didn't like them as much as 20k radium or 14k ushio. Those were my favorite 2 bulbs of several different MH bulbs. Phoenix 14k are my favorite HQI bulb but I didn't experiment much with HQI.
The ushio are whiter/brighter than most tanks these days so not for you if you are into the 'blue' look. Make sure to acclimate your corals because I did bleach a few SPS when I first switched.

Scubabum1983-If you are thinking of going with 15K XM's, you should should just go with the 20K XM's. 20K's have a higher par value than the 15K's. Although this really shouldn't be and there really isn't a reason for it, but that is just the fact when it comes to XM bulbs. Also, the 20K XM's have great par results, and also are probably your most white with a tint of blue 20K bulb out there. So if you were looking for an in between light color of bulb, try the 20K's and I think you will be very satisfied with them. Just my opinion
