Well after 2 years of talking about it, my wife and I have finally put the house on the market. If all goes well, we'll be heading to a place a lot more rural.

Although I am not looking forward to dismantling my current setup, hopefully I'll have the space (and $) to upgrade in the process.

come to green ohio, nice little city with everything around it lol, only problem is salty critter would be much farther away

Aside from the fact that the property taxes in Green seem to go up hundreds of dollars every year...lol It is a very nice place, I used to live there myself, I just couldn't bring myself to keep shelling out over $2200 every 6 months for real estate taxes, especially when they wanted to raise them yet again...

C'mon Paul, its Better in Mentor!

We are currently looking at houses in Geauga Co. I like the Chardon area and my wife likes Auburn. Looks like we are moving to Auburn.

Unfortunately, everywhere we are looking will want my last pint of blood every six months. However, we save on city income tax by moving to a township.
