I dont have a 30L but i have a aga 38. The dimensions are similar but its 20" high instead of 16.
It has 4 predrilled holes for CL, Caflo style overflow with 2 1" drains (but its not coast to coast). Its also painted on 3 sides, since it was in a bookshelf.

I also have all the bulkheads that go with it, and you can use a lot of the plumbing that I had. the only thing that would not be available are the connections to the CL pump and a few other small pieces.
There are a couple of scratches on the inside front of the tank, but I was the only one to notice them, visitors did not. I would assume they could be fixed easily while the tank is dry.
Of course you could want this for a sump, and this setup would probably not do you any good....
